Impressive location with a convenient parking situation. The room was clean and the bed—exceptionally comfortable. Unique window treatment is a clever design choice. Check-in was seamless thanks to Sheldon. Breakfast options were adequate but busy, and the coffee was decent. not all was perfect. The bathroom extraction fan was out, raising concerns for larger families. Hearing noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, particularly given the young children. I faced a serious safety issue in the parking lot; a bolt under my tire could have led to major damage. Staff was friendly, but the hotel doesn't meet the expectations of a three-star rating. Improvements are needed.

The location was marvellous and decent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Highway was close to the hotel. The staff was attentive and hospitable the whole time of our stay. Loved the room for a great value, our bed was comfortable.

Comfortable stay with great location near Biltmore

Brookstone Lodge offers a cozy atmosphere with spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, and parking is hassle-free. Its convenient location makes it perfect for visiting Biltmore and exploring Asheville. Staff was friendly and attentive during breakfast.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! The hotel was a perfect spot to recharge after rafting and hiking at Chimney Rock Park. Rooms were spacious and clean, and we slept well. Great location for exploring nearby attractions. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfy place to relax after a day of adventures!

It is an inexpensive hotel and I liked its updated rooms and pleasant personnel.

The place was fairly clean and had a family atmosphere. My room was well laid out with a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator. The best part were the super friendly and affable staff. The hotel was nicely decorated, it had a good location just next door to Asheville, and the outskirts of Asheville.

Unfortunately, air co is turned off you can hear all the noise from outside... At night it wasn't great, that's it.

Nice choice for a weekend break in Asheville with the best value for money ratio. Try to get there early for breakfast to avoid the rush.
